Parking, continental breakfast, and indoor / outdoor amenities are only available to registered guests.
Rates are based on double occupancy (up to 2 people per room). Additional guests are $10 per person, per night, up to the capacity of the room.
Maximum occupancy of the Two Queen rooms is four (4) people, including children, toddlers, and babies.
Certain dates and weekends may require a two or three night minimum stay.
A valid credit card is required to reserve and rent a room, even if you pay in cash. An advance deposit of the first night’s stay, per room, is required to confirm your reservation. Your remaining balance must be paid in full at arrival. You are responsible for the full amount of your reservation. Sorry, no refunds or credit given for early departures.
We accept MasterCard, Visa, and Discover.
Debit Card Users: Please be aware that if you have given us your debit card for a deposit or payment, the charges will be immediately processed that day to your account. In the case of a refund, funds may not be released to your account for up to 5-7 days or at the discretion of your financial institution. Sister Bay Inn is not responsible for the loss of use of these funds or any possible overdraft charges.
Cancellation Policy
If a cancellation becomes necessary, the deposit will be refunded if notice is given (14) fourteen days before the arrival date, less a $20.00 service charge. If the cancellation is within 14 days of arrival date, a gift certificate, valid for one year, will be issued for the amount of the deposit, less the $20 office charge. Refunds are not given within 48 hours of arrival, or for early departures.
No Pets
We do not allow pets in any of our rooms. If your pet is traveling with you you will need to make other arrangements for their lodging. If there are signs that a pet is or was in your room there will be a cleaning fee of $300.

• When is check-in and check-out?
Check-in is any time after 3:00 PM and Check-out is before 11:00 AM.
• Are you located on the water?
No, we are not on the water or have a water view. The closest access to the water is about half a mile, at the downtown Sister Bay public beach.
• How far are you from downtown Sister Bay? Is it walking distance?
We are about half a mile from downtown, south on Highway 57. It takes about 2 minutes to drive which we recommend for your safety as there are no sidewalks next to the highway and traffic moves quite fast through the area.
• What are your front desk hours?
Our front desk is open from 8:00 AM to 9:00 PM. There is also an after-hours phone number to reach us if needed.
• Do you have an indoor heated pool or hot tub?
No. Our heated pool and hot tub are located outdoors.
• What are the pool hours?
Hours are 9:00 AM to 9:00 PM daily. Our heated outdoor pool opens seasonally on Memorial Day weekend and closes right after Labor Day weekend.
• What are the hot tub hours?
Hours are 9:00 AM to 9:00 PM daily. Our heated outdoor hot tub opens seasonally on Memorial Day weekend and closes around mid-October (depending on the weather).
• What does your Continental Breakfast consist of?
A simple and light Continental Breakfast of available daily from 8:00 AM to 10:00 AM. We offer a variety of juice, milk, cereal, yogurt, cheese, breads, muffins, bagels, Danish and different pastries, oatmeal and fresh fruits. It’s a perfect balance to start your day! Hot coffee is available all day.
• Do you allow pets?
